1. Company information
Järna Tvåleri AB, with organization number 559369-3954 and address Ekvik 3A, 153 91 Järna, is responsible for purchases made on this website. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see paragraph no. 10.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax and other charges. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.
3. Delivery
Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 2 working days after the order is received. If the item is not in stock, it is our routine to contact the buyer with suggested options to 1) wait, 2) get an alternative product or 3) cancel the order.
4. Shipping
We send your item with PostNord. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item, contact us via the contact web forum or via the specified e-mail (veronica.oja@gmail.com).
6. Complaint
If there is a defect in the product, you should notify us within a reasonable time after you discover it via the contact form or specified e-mail (veronica.oja@gmail.com) of the defect. We will then inform you how to proceed.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from when you as the buyer have received the goods, according to the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005:59). If you want to cancel the purchase and return the product in substantially unchanged condition , you will receive a refund of the purchase price for the product, but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Write to us via the contact form here on the website or to veronica.oja@gmail.com and tell us which item(s) you want to return and please let us know the reason (not necessary). Then package the item properly and send it to:

When the item(s) have been received, I will pay you back within two working days via the same payment method you used.
8. Payment
We require payment for the item from the time it is dispatched from us.
9. Card information
When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Mondido Payments AB, which is a Swedish secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. Card information is always sent encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card network's regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.
10. Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).
